Kim and Mike would like to welcome you to Acacia Rentals, offering a choice of two quality short term fully furnished rentals. 

We have been renting properties and holiday homes for over 10 years on 3 continents and  having been through the migration journey ourselves we believe our experience and success count when it comes to offering high quality, excellent located, well equipped, spacious family homes. We cater for all members of your family as we know how important it is to get settled as soon as possible.  So don’t wait to start living your dream, start as soon as you arrive by making one of our homes yours for as long as you require.

Each home is situated beachside on quiet streets close to shops, schools and public transport links. The Southern Expressway Motorway and the world famous McLaren Vale wine region are only a 5 minute drive away.  with a pleasant leisurely walk taking you directly from our homes to the sand. “Acacia” our 3 bedroom home is beautifully appointed and very spacious, “Boronia” our 4 bedroom property is only 2 houses from the esplanade! And boasts large spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.

Whether you are relocating to Adelaide or in search of a quality holiday home Acacia Rentals has everything you will require for a comfortable stay. At each home we provide a welcome pack with basic food essentials, a wealth of information on Adelaide, including Maps, tourist information and the essential getting started information.  We can even organise a SIM card for your arrival (which you can keep) and extremely affordable Car Hire, delivered to the door. All utilities, phone, Internet and Foxtel Satellite TV are included in the rates so there are no hidden extras to worry about - just unpack and relax.

Moana is located  in the coastal southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia, between Port Noarlunga and Maslin Beach. The coastline along this area is some of the most dramatic in Adelaide with beautiful beaches and coastal views. Moana Beach has the added attraction of being one of South Australia's only drive on beaches as well as having a safe no drive on area for families with  younger.

Acacia offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people, is furnished to a high standard with heating and cooling for all year round comfort.

There is off street undercover parking and a computer with high speed broadband access including Skype.

Boronia is a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeping up to 10 people, with 2 separate living areas.  Fully furnished to a very high standard with all utilities included.

Outside there is a massive outdoor pergola and a summerhouse/cubby house for the kids.  Situated just 2 houses to the beach this is a fantastically located home.

A few minutes from local shops and a five minute minutes drive away is the Southern expressway taking you to the CBD area of Adelaide. Read more on our rental property 'Boronia'
