 Boronia is a spacious, well appointed comfortable home, which is furnished to a high standard to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.
Boronia is fully equipped with all modern amenities, we cater for those important little people and supply toys, books, DVD's and even children's cutlery and crockery. There is also an information folder with maps, tourist info and relevant migrant information. There is a large undercover pergola for all year outdoor comfort with a BBQ and large table and chairs. The garden is securely fenced with a summer house for the kids to explore and a large garden to run around in, we provide a selection of garden toys - there are even beach chairs and roll mats provided so you can relax on the beach!
Boronia is situated in a quiet street 2 homes from the esplanade. With sea views to the front of the house you are virtually on the beach! A short walk along the esplanade will take you to a lovely reserve and child’s play park. Local shops and bus stops are also a short walk from the home.
A few minutes drive away is the Seaford Shopping Centre which has a good selection of shops and facilities and the Southern expressway is only a 5 minute drive taking you to the CBD area of Adelaide. Click here to view location map

- Main bedroom – King sized bed, walk in wardrobe with chest drawers, full length mirror, bedside tables and lamps.
- En-suite Bathroom - Large glass double length shower with separate vanity with drawers and cupboard space under, hairdryer and hair straightners, toilet.
- Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, large double built in wardrobes, 2 side table with lamps.
- Bedroom 3 – 2 single or 2 sets of bunk beds, chest drawers wall lamps. Selection of kids books and toys
- Bedroom 4 set of bunk beds, built in double wardrobe with low and high hanging rails and shelves, wall lamps
- Main bathroom - With separate shower, bath and vanity with sink and under cupboard.
- Separate toilet.
- Laundry room – brand new washing machine , sink, iron and ironing board.
- Rear garden – Extensive undercover pergola with full café blinds for all year round entertaining, gas BBQ, out door table and chairs.
- Paved area with retractable clothes line
- Summerhouse/ children’s cubby house containing outdoor toys. Further raised securely fenced lawn area.
- Shed containing beach chairs and roll mats for use whilst on the beach
- All bed linen and towels are provided. With extra linen and towels available.
- The established garden is regularly maintained by a gardening service.
- All services are included such as gas, electricity and water with no hidden costs.
- A computer and printer with high speed internet access is provided with full Skype facilities.
- Food welcome pack is included with tea, coffee, milk, and bread.
- Additional items available upon request including cot, pram, and car seat (age appropriate) etc.
