Minimum one week booking unless we have space between bookings. Please note : Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit for the rental period.  The balance of your rental is to be paid eight weeks prior to your arrival. An $800 refundable security bond is applicable to all bookings. $100 cleaning fee is payable with your booking.
